He was predeceased by : his parents, Noah Phillips, Sr. and Matti Lou Walk Phillips. He is survived by : his children, Alan Phillips (Kimberly), Michael Phillips and Teresa Pittman; and his siblings, Lurline Phillips, George Phillips and Gene Phillips. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
