It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Alma Jean Hix of Whitleyville, Tennessee, born in Jackson, Tennessee, who passed away on January 10, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, William Fred Hix and Lillie Denton Hix; her siblings, Fred Hix, Jr., Earl E. Hix, Leamon Hix, Eldon Hix, William Robert Hix, Ova Flatt, Minnie Stafford and Dorothy Sadler; and her nephew Terry Sadler.

She is survived by : her nephew Kevin Hix; her nieces, June Carver, Lois Harp, Doris Long and Judy Flatt; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Hix.
