He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Andrew, Sally Goforth, Hartvick and Louise Johnson; and his sister Andrea Ella Goforth.
He is survived by: his sons, Gavin Rhys Goforth and Lucas Scott Goforth; his parents, Anthony Goforth and Wanda Goforth; his siblings, Jennifer Mayfield (David) of South Pittsburg, Joseph H. Goforth of Dunlap and Katy A. Goforth of Dunlap; the mother of his children Shea Ables of Whitwell; his siblings' children, JayRiley Mayfield (Kaylee), Ella Kate Goforth, Andrew Goforth and Madelynn Goforth; and his close friend Brooke Worley.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 4:00 PM.
