He was predeceased by : his parents, Clifton Loudermilk and Inez Loudermilk; and his siblings, Reba Fraley, Floyd Loudermilk, Lillie LaFever and Ruth Flint.

He is survived by : his wife Faye Loudermilk; his sisters, Barbara Montgomery and Elsie Stuhldreier (Hartmut); his children, Irvie Loudermilk (Susan), Hal Loudermilk (Tresa), Glenda Terrill (Tommy), Roy Loudermilk (Joyce), Bonnie Morris (Greg), Clara Yates (Johnny), Thomas Loudermilk (Shannon) and Paul Loudermilk (Dawn); and his grandchildren, Rebecca Loudermilk, Tiffany Terrill, Kelli Yates, Lee Terrill (Brandye), Amanda Bishop (Michael), Lela Loudermilk, Tyler Loudermilk, Christopher Loudermilk, Clayton Loudermilk (Olivia) and Shelby Loudermilk. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
