He is survived by: his wife Wendy Powers of Winchester; his children, Joshua Hampton of Manchester, Tiffany Powers of Winchester and Brittany Powers of Winchester; his brothers, Randy Powers (Kim) of Winchester and Benny Powers of Winchester; and his grandchildren, Mariana Wilkerson, Adriana Wilkerson, Kyrie Estill, Jacion Tate, Ella Hampton, Lily Hampton and Zayden Hampton.
