She was predeceased by : her parents, Jefferson Duncan and Flo King Duncan; her husband Clay Creekmore; her granddaughter Shawna Corder; her great grandchild Seth York; her siblings, Robert, Kenneth (DoraMae), Sherman, Flenor (Evelyn), Irene Strunk (Albert), Ruth Stephens (James), Rosa Stephens (Carthel) and Flo Stephens (Kenneth); her parents-in-law, Tom Stephens, Lucille, Claude Terry, Paul and Jenny Creekmore; and her cousin Beulah Murphy.

She is survived by : her children, Patricia Foster of Huntsville, Paulette, David Acres of Harriman, Clay Randy and Rhonda Creekmore of Elwood, IN; her grandchildren, Yvette Reeder (Bill), Timothy Acres (Tiffany), Clay Richard Creekmore (Lisa) and Stephanie Shepard; her great grandchildren, Adam Crabtree, Paige Butts (Jacob), Kanyon Corder, Julie, Maddie York, Katilyn, McKenzie, Camryn, Audrey Acres and Chad Burnette; her great great grandchildren, Khloe, Ryan, Gunnar, Gracie Butts, Emma, Lilly and Jordyn York; her sister Alene Strunk (Elmon); and her sisters-in-law, Wanda Raines and Carol Creekmore Stephens. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; as well as many other relatives and friends.

The family requests that with the Health Guidelines in place at this time, they respectfully ask that you be mindful of the social distancing measures recommended by the Centers of Disease Control.
