He is survived by: his children, Ervin Foster (Alicia) of Manchester, Kentucky, Melissa Beeler (Brian) of Winfield and Kimberly Foster (Todd) of Huntsville, Tennessee; his stepson Travis Crabtree (Linda) of Rockwood, Tennessee; his former wife Sue Pendergrass of Whitley City, Kentucky; his siblings, Dennis Foster (Kathy) of Winfield, Tennessee, Jennifer Szczepan (Harvey) of Winfield and Jane Roberts (Foy) of Rockwood, Tennessee; his brothers-in-law, David Burchfield (Diane) and Freddie Burchfield of Strunk, Kentucky.; and his grandchildren, Cody, Austin, Ty, Mykaela, Daniel, Virginia, Kaley, Maddie and Haskel Kullen. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
