She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Jefferson and Vadith Davis (Kessler); her husband Winfield "Wink" Dowlen; and her siblings, Billy A. Davis, Bobby Leon Davis and June Colleen Davis.
She is survived by: her children, James Beazley (Jay), Elizabeth Gay Neal (Ed) and Candy Joyce (William); her grandsons, Bob Roberts and Brian Neal; and her sister-in-law Margaret Davis. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
