She was predeceased by : her parents, Carl Perkins and Della Stephens Perkins; her husband Floyd Lee Adkins; her daughter Delores Ann Adkins Roark; her grandson Dwayne Adkins (Junior); her great great grandchild Jayden Allen Blevins; her nephew Dustin Posey; her niece Charlotte Strunk Smith; her siblings, Eugene, Jack, Carl Perkins, Jr., Blanche Perkins Strunk and Shirley Perkins Taylor; and her brother-in-law Melvin Newport.

She is survived by : her sons, Dwayne Adkins (Sharon) and David Adkins (Chessie KIng); her grandchildren, Robbie Adkins, Stacy Marlow (Chris), Pennie and Renee Trammell; her great grandchildren, Ashley Stephens (Matt), Dwayne Aaron Adkins, Jordan Ortiz (Rafael), Raysa Lay (Corey), Christian Blevins (Matt), Logan Marlow and Jaylee Adkins; her great great grandchildren, Hunter, Lexi Stephens, Levi Adkins, Rylan Blevins, Chloe, Brannon Lay and Victoria Ortiz; her brother-in-law Morris Adkins; her siblings, Jerry Perkins (Judy) and Carolyn Clark (Carroll); and her niece Tracey Posey Douglas. She is also survived by other nieces and nephews; her extended family.
