He was predeceased by: his parents, Gus Sr. Young and Marie Lawson Young; his significant other Bea Terry; his brothers, Walter and Gus Young Jr.; and his daughter Patricia Ann Young.
He is survived by: his sons, Jimmy Terry (Felicia Bilbrey) of Oneida and William Alan Terry (Amy) of Calhoun, GA; his sister Joyce Taylor of Hopkinsville, KY; his niece Mary Ann Bohall; his nephews, Kendrick Taylor and Steve Young; and his grandchildren, Nick Terry, Megan Terry, Sydney Terry, Jacob Terry and Jonah Terry. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends.
