He is survived by: his wife Gail Cecil; his children, Jessica Cecil and Sebastian Cecil; his stepsons, Tyler Sexton and Cade Sexton; his sisters, Carol Horrar (Bob), Patricia Manis (Kreis), Diane Ball (Aaron) and Peggy Sims (Randy); his nephew Wayne Powell (Shayla); his nieces, Christy Veal (Jason), Kristen Crawley (Rick), Leslie Miller (Josh), Catherine Ball and Danielle Ball; and his friends, Anthony Jones, Dester West and Dennis Jones. He is also survived by many great nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
