He was predeceased by: his parents, Maynard Stephens and Josephine Stephens Chambers. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Stephens; his stepsons, Johnny West, Randy Sexton and Justin Trammell; and his siblings, Arlene Smith, Phronsie Wilson, Charlene Martin, Shonda Trammell (Ricky), Morris Stephens (Robin), Greg Stephens, Stacy Stephens and Junior Stephens. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
