She is survived by : her children, Kevin Neal of Mooreland, Indiana, Sheila McQueary (Randy) of Houstonville, Ramona Bellowes of Greenfield, Pamela Rutledge of Edmonton and Patricia Hobein of Winfield, Tennessee; and her siblings, Wendell Phillips of Covington, Wayne Phillips of Texas, Wade Phillips of Covington, Terry Phillips of North Carolina, Wilda Ball (Delmar) of Pine Knot and Lelia West of Winfield, Tennessee.. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
