He is survived by: his wife Kristina Johnson of Woodbury; his children, Josh Johnson (Taylor) of Woodbury and Kayla Brown (Cody) of Woodbury; his stepson Michael Shipman; his stepmother Cheryl Johnson of Readyville; his sister Teresa Brooks (Gary) of Mount Juliet; his stepsiblings, Alan Smithson of Smyrna, Scott Smithson (Michele) of Auburntown and Angie Graham (Jeff) of Murfreesboro; his grandchildren, Enman, Eli, Easton Johnson and Carlee Brown; and his friends, Noel Harding, Mitchell Bradford and Bill Brown.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
