She was predeceased by : her husband Donald "Donnie" Evans; and her parents, Ronald LeRoy Stromgren and Shirley Marie Stromgren of Murfreesboro. She is survived by : her daughter Selina Hainley (Lee) of Raymore, Missouri; her siblings, Randy Stromgren of Murfreesboro and Barbara Chaffin of Readyville; her stepsisters, Annette Kemp of Murfreesboro, Nannette McElroy of Manchester, Sandi Loftis of Cleveland, Debbie Fann of Murfreesboro and Pam Manus of Murfreesboro; her uncles, Lamon Mayo of Smithville and Wayne Stromgren of Stranquist, Minnesota; and her aunt Rachael Travis of Murfreesboro.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the Old Friends Senior Dog Sanctuary.
