We are sad to announce that on June 18, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Sylvia Jean Davenport of Woodbury, Tennessee, born in Bell Buckle, Tennessee. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carson A. Barrett and Regina Harrell Barrett (Arrie Davenport); her son Tommy Davenport; and her brothers, Harold Barrett and J. C. Barrett.
She is survived by: her children, Billy Davenport (Roxanne) of Smyrna, Mary Womack of McMinnville, Janice Tenpenny (Kenneth) of McMinnville, Peggy Moore (Eddie) of Smyrna and Laura Blake (Willie) of Bradyville; her daughter-in-law Debbie Davenport of Bradyville; her siblings, Freddy Barrett of Woodbury and Linda Daubenmire of Lancaster, OH; and her husband Arrie. She is also survived by one great great grandchild, and numerous friends and extended family.
In honor of the care shown to her by the staff of Diversicare of Smyrna over the last several years, the family requests donations in her memory to host a staff meal and to help fund patient activities.
