We are sad to announce that on December 18, 2019, at the age of 78, Carol Sue Hood (Woodlawn, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Ben Mulkey and Edith Mulkey; her sister Evelyn "Ibie" McGinnis; and her husband Hobert R. "Hobie" Hood, Sr.. She is survived by : her siblings, Bobbie Bullock (Gene), Beckie Simpson (Johnny) and Buddy Mulkey (Virginia); her children, Laura Smelcer, Hobert Jr. Hood (Donna), Gary Hood and Tina Simpson (Robby); her grandchildren, Jessica, Shelby Smelcer, Brad Hood (Denise), Allan Hood (Noel), Amanda, Audrey, Ben Hood, Chase Scott, Christopher Harwell and Mya Simpson; and her friend Emma Williams. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
