He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Franklin and Marie Adeline Blevins; and his brothers, Muriel Blevins, Billy Blevins and Monte Blevins.
He is survived by: his wife Mable K. Blevins; his children, Robert Jr. of Old Hickory, TN, Suzanne Lewis (Ernie) of Cisne, IL and Amy Gelinas (Ray) of Clarksville, TN; his sister Peggy Smith; and also Blevins, Jr. (Penny) of Old Hickory, TN. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
