She was predeceased by : her parents, Opal Phillips and Claude Phillips; and her brother Claude Douglas Phillips Jr. (Eugene William Heep Jr.). She is survived by : her husband Eugene William Heep, Jr.; her daughters, Debbie Heep and Sandy Arnall (Larry); her grandson Benjamin; and her brother Bobby Phillips. She is also survived by friends and neighbors.
