He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jacob, Grace, Matthew, Caleb, Violet, Christopher, Zachary and Charlotte; his daughters, Gretchen Bullock (Mark) of Abilene, Michele Choi (Sangdo) of Flower Mound and Sarah Driskell (Jordan) of Abilene; his daughter-in-law Leslie Hufstedler-Alverez; and his brothers, Duane (Denise), Dean (Marcia) and Drew (Laura).
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Piersall Funeral Directors Chapel (733 Butternut St, Abilene, TX 79602).
