He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, DeeAnna (Jonathan), Robert (Dawn), Christopher and Zachary; his grandchildren, Sarah, Jack, Gabriel, Brendan, Nicolas, Nathan, Zoe, Kaden and Londyn; his great grandchildren, Lainey, Loretta and Lacy; his father-in-law Robert Phipps; his sibling's children, Michele, Stacy, Julie, Aaron and Owen; and his siblings-in-law, Larry (Betty) and Cathy (Ronnie).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Hendrick Hospice Care.
