He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Gonzales and Josephine Gonzales; his siblings, Amparo James, Joe Arellano, Rudy Arellano and Edward Gonzales; and his children, Cynthia Rodriguez and Jesse Lee Gonzales.
He is survived by: his wife Delores Gonzales; his children, Gregory Gonzales (Eloisa Davilla Gonzales) of The Woodlands, Lory Ann Hicks (John Hicks) of Cleveland, Stephanie Villarreal, Husband Rick Villarreal of Abilene and Natalie Gonzales of Wichita Falls; and his sisters, Josephine Zimmerman (Rick Zimmerman) of California and Elida Antaya (Gil Antaya) of South Dakota.
