He was predeceased by: his sister Deloris Ellis. He is survived by: his daughter Barbara Barker (Rich) of Fort Pierce; his brother Wayland Lilly of Abilene; his granddaughters, Crystal Ratliff Baima (Christopher) of Bakersfield and Falon Barker of Fort Pierce; and his great grandchildren, Lyla Barker-Bray and Saoirse Baima. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
