He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Berry Lively and Josephine Isobel Lively; and his brother Alton Berry Lively, Jr.. He is survived by: his sister Carolyn Varnadore of Abilene, Texas; his daughters, Deborah Owens (Rodney Owens), Barbara Richert (Ron Richert) and Lisa Lewis (Quinn Lewis); his grandchildren, Kevin Giles of Abilene, Riley Owens of Abilene, Haley Brown of Abilene, Hayden Lewis of Abilene, Logan Lewis of Abilene, Aubrey Richert of Abilene, Sarah Richert of Abilene and Lauren Lowther of Albany, Texas; his great grandchildren, Avarie Myrick, Kooper Lowther of Albany, Texas, Oaklin Giles and EvaLynn Owens of Abilene, Texas.; and his sibling's children, David Ward of Gatesville, Micky Varnadore of Coleman and Tammy White of Longview, Texas..
