He is survived by: his wife Kathy Owens; his children, Charlie and Adrien; his parents, Carolyn Owens and Riley Owens; and his brother Kent Owens. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, and cousins.
He asked that in lieu of flowers, people could donate to: a. The Allison-Owens Speech Scholarship fund at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.
