He was predeceased by: his parents, Maxmiliano Veliz and Juliana Veliz (Presas). He is survived by: his wife Maria Veliz of Agua Dulce; his daughter Juana Veliz Gonzalez (Amado) of Alice; and his grandchildren, Julianna Veliz, Kassandra Gonzalez, Emma Rodriguez, Justin Rodriguez and Dominic Veliz.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Roberson Funeral Home (98 W Main St, Alice, TX 78332). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Roberson-Collins Memorial Cemetery (300 S Stadium Rd, Alice, TX 78332).
