He is survived by : his wife Kay Blackford; his close friend Roxy; his siblings, Russel and Vickie; his children, Anthony Grisham (Dani) of Las Vegas, NV and Andi Bolden (Christopher Bolden); and his grandchildren, Addysan, Caydan and Jaxyn of Springdale, AR.. He is also survived by father and an even better Pappy to his Grandchildren.
