She was predeceased by : her parents, William Vincent and Melba Walls (Farmer); her husband J. E. Mikeska, Jr.; and her daughter Rebecca Jane Rodriguez. She is survived by : her children, Gayl Brotherton Laird (Lance) of DeFuniak Springs, Debera Diane Burton of Gorman, Michael Ray Mikeska (Cherry) of Abilene, Mary Katherine Shick (Glenn) of Corpus Christi, Tina Marie Darby Webb (Gary) of Albany and Joe Edward Mikeska III (Shelly) of Pasadena; and her adoptive daughter Burma Brummitt of Gorman. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, twenty six great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
