He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice Evelyn Riddle Rumage and J. T. Rumage; and his brother-in-law Frank Besselaar. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Rumage of Graham; his children, Scott Thomas Rumage (Allen) of Connecticut, Jason Eberle (Amy) of Graham and LeAnn Bond (Walker) of Keller; his sister Janis Besselaar of Jacksboro; his grandchildren, Taylor Eberle Truesdell (Clayton), Jackson Eberle, Morgan Eberle, Savannah Bond, Mary Caroline Bond, Abigail Bond and Carson Bond; and his great grandchildren, Tritt Walls, Tate Walls and Clayre. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Morehart Mortuary - Albany (77 N Main St, Albany, TX 76430). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Moran Cemetery (Moran, TX 76464).
