With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Lou Spigener of Allen, Texas, born in Pickton, Texas, who passed away on May 8, 2026 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband W. T. Spigener; her daughters, Gail Dyess and Pam Denny; and her parents, Rev. Roy Alford and Lela Frances Alfrod.
She is survived by: her daughter Beverly Price (Ron); her son-in-law Mike Dyess; her grandchildren, Chris Dyess, Bonnie Cooper, Aaron Shane Rhudy, Autumn Meriwether, Shaw Denny, Jennifer Dearing, Aaron Price, Daniel Price and Neil Denny; and her brother Jim Alford. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-granddaughters.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Williams Funeral Directors (1600 S Garland Ave, Garland, TX 75040). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Williams Memorial Chapel (1600 S Garland Ave, Garland, TX 75040).
