Denise left this world on December 8, 2025 at the age of 72, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles "Tiny" Daniels and Bernice Daniels; and her brother H. L. Daniels. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Jones (Anna) of DeWitt, MI, Scott Jones (Meghann) of Colorado Springs, CO and Aimee Roberts (Craig) of Van Alstyne, TX.; her grandchildren, Brody, Bowen Roberts (Van Alsytne) and Jude Donaldson (DeWitt); her sister-in-law Janet Daniels of Tennessee; her cousin Karen Ward of Longview; and her sibling's children, Jennifer Dolan and Braden Daniels.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Preston Trail Community Church (8055 Independence Pkwy, Frisco, TX 75035).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Allen Retired Educators' Scholarship Fund, honoring Denise's lifelong devotion to education. Please make checks to "Foundation for Allen Schools" and note "AREA" and that the donation is being made "In honor of Denise Jones" at the bottom.
