He was predeceased by : his parents, Tubercio Garcia and Magdelena Silvas Garcia; his wife Rosa Elva Aranda Garcia; his daughters, Romma and Sylvia Garcia; and his siblings, Minga Garcia, Hosteria Chaeon, Pablo and Conrado Ramirez.
He is survived by : his children, Chon Garcia (Mireya) of Monahans, Dora Cobos (George) of Monahans, Mercy Ramos (Rolent) of Monahans and Saleme Garcia of Mexico; his siblings, Irene Garcia (Reyes) of Sivas and Lucas Garcia of Ft. Stockton; and his grandchildren, Bianca Guzman, Lisa Shuler, Marilyn Garcia, Sergio Fuentes, Joseph Fuentes, Chris Cobos, George Cobos, Jr., Robert Ramos, Jr., Lucas Ramos, Andrew Galvan and Jeremy Galvan. He is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren.
