It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Biellier in Alpine, Texas, born in Wichita Falls, Texas, who passed away on December 22, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Albert Kelley and Ruby Mae Davis; and her son-in-law Mark Cole. She is survived by : her siblings, Mike Kelly (Linda), Nathan Kelly (Shelley) and Angela Davis; her daughters, Rhonda Cole, Debbie Mercer (Jerry) and Sharon Wren (Dennis); her grandchildren, Miranda Davis and Ronnie Davis (Rachel); and her great grandchild Marley Roberts.
