He is survived by : his mother Norma Worthen (Workman) of Alto; his son David; his daughter-in-law Adriana Worthen of Dallas; his sister Pam; his brother-in-law Roy Henson of Wylie; his brother Terry; his sister-in-law Jo Taliaferro of Hudson; his sister Allison; and his brother-in-law J. Frank Lamb of Centralia. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other relatives.
