He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Guy Powell and Bertha Powell. He is survived by: his siblings, Betty, Milton Guy Jr. and Joann; and his children, Mark Powell, Mitch Powell, Matt Powell and Dona Powell Moore. He is also survived by 45 grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mountain Valley Funeral Home (3407 SW Wilshire Blvd, Joshua, TX 76058).
