He is survived by: his wife Carol Rousseau Hancock; his daughter Shelly; his son-in-law Brian; and his grandchildren, Sierra, Seth, Marley and Kennedy. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
He forged lifelong bonds through the Masonic Lodge and served with dignity, embodying the principles of faith, charity, and fellowship.
