The passing of Burl Ball Jr. of Alvin, Texas leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on July 23, 2025 at the age of 97. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As Burl departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Burl may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Burl leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Burl Ball and Alice Ball; his sister Louise Ball; his son William Ball; and his granddaughter Nina Vick.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Ball; his daughters, Martha Froehlich and Betty Dolan (Don); and his grandson Eric Dahl. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and precious friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Southpark Baptist Church (2102 W Lang St, Alvin, TX 77511). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
