She was predeceased by: her parents, J. C. Ramsey and Mildred Ramsey. She is survived by: her husband Carl Butler; her children, Kayse Kocurek (Michael), DeAnna Huffman (Shawn) and Brandon Butler (Lori); her sister Gwen Arrington; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Steeples (Will), Nicholas Kocurek, Grace DeForde, Haleigh Abadiano (Aaron), Jarrett Huffman, Tyler Butler, Ryan Butler and Dylan Butler; and her great grandchildren, Wyatt Steeples, Walker Steeples, Demi Finch, Summerlynn Kocurek and Sawyer Kocurek. She is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family request that memorials be made in Carolyn's honor to the American Cancer Society.
