He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Anton, Fay Hrna, John H. Surber and Joyce Surber. He is survived by: his parents, Charlene Hrna of Santa Fe and Charles M. Surber, Sr.; his siblings, Gary Wesley Surber (Rebekah Leigh Goodman), Dusty M. Surber of Georgia and Casey Surber of Tennessee; his aunt Shirley Hrna of Milano, Texas; and his uncle John Surber of Santa Fe. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
