She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene Banks; her daughter Gail Dickinson; her grandson Robert Carney; her parents, Leona Endsley and Estel Endsley; her siblings, L. E. Endsley, Harold and Joyce Jackson; and her daughter-in-law Sally Banks.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Carlisle (Michael), Cathy Nance (Gregg), Betty Herndon (Paul), Mark Banks (Jody) and James Banks; and her siblings, Mary Ann Reece, Tom Endsley (Janice) and Loyd Endsley (Jo). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild, along with numerous other relatives and friends.
