She was predeceased by : her husband Joe Meza, Jr.; her son John Meza; her parents, Dolorez Guzman and Macedonio Guzman; and her brothers, Raymond Guzman and Lupe Guzman.

She is survived by : her sons, Rick Meza (Beatrice) and Robert Meza (Tina); and her siblings, Helen Garza, Mary Ramirez and Edward Guzman. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, 6 great great-grandchildren, as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
