It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Brotherton of Alvin, Texas, born in Mineola, Texas, who passed away on November 3, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Jim" Brotherton and Gracie Brotherton. He is survived by: his wife Ann Browning Brotherton; his daughter Buffy Laine Downing (Jerod Downing); and his grandson Barrett Laine Downing. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
