He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Joyce Johnson; his children, Michael Johnson (Lisa), Elizabeth Norman (Josh) and Sean Johnson (Chelsea); his grandchildren, Kevin Johnson (Amanda), Nathan Johnson, Emily Johnson, Katelyn Johnson, Hayden Coughenour, Andrew Norman, Alexandra Norman and Emma Johnson; his brother Don Johnson (Lee); his niece Danielle Trussell (Tim); his aunts, Sharon Day and Wanda Hankins; his friend Ken Robertson; Rebecca Johnson.
