He is survived by: his wife Shirley Holland; his daughter K. Gail Bollen (Van) of Grand Prairie, Texas; his sisters, Marylyn Norman of Fort Worth, Sharon Reeder (Dan) of Crowley and Yvonne Carver of Fort Worth; his grandchildren, Greg Bollen of Grand Prairie, Terri Bollen of Plano, Zac Holland of Belen, N. M., Margaux Holland of Belen, N. M. and Aaron Holland of Belen, N. M.; and his great grandchildren, Elijah, Priyanka and Dev.
