He is survived by: his wife Julie Ann; his children, Harlee, Brian and Quen (Katie); his parents, Jerry and Judy; his sisters, Dee Burks and Cindy (Joe Joe Naval); and his grandsons, Cooper, Milo and Riyo. He is also survived by five nieces and three nephews.
