She was predeceased by: her parents, Loyd Richard "L. R." and Myrtle Della Addis (Courtney); her husband Travis Leroy Hysmith; her daughter Diana Hooks (Hysmith); her son-in-law Billy Hooks; and her siblings, Lloyd Addis (Bud), Virgil Addis, George Addis (Delbert), Mae Judd and Juanita Womack.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Diana, Deana and Melissa Newton; and her children, Larry "Buffalo" Hysmith (Danna) of Fritch, Texas, Connie Hysmith Neely (Darrell) of Amarillo, Texas and Deana Greene (Lloyd) of Borger, Texas.
