We are sad to announce that on December 8, 2025, at the age of 89, Ronnie Dale Upton of Canyon, Texas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ronnie Dale Upton to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Nina Upton and Raymond Upton; his brother Jimmy Upton; and his brother-in-law Karl Craig. He is survived by: his wife Betty Blum; his children, Christy Collier (Ed), Rick Upton (Lynn) and Rocky Upton; his grandchildren, Nicolas Upton, Alison (Chris Dane), Kendra (Chris Braughton), Eddie Collier (Rita) and Michael Collier (Kimber); his great grandchildren, Harper, Brycen, Ethan, Oliver, Harlee, Michaya, Stone, Ryan and Bailey; his sister Bonnie Craig; and his sister-in-law Vickie Upton. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Floyd County Memorial Park.

The family suggests memorial gifts to the High Plains Children's Home hpch.org or Christian Relief Fund crf.com in lieu of flowers.
