He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlie Kelly and Georgia Kelly; and his son-in-law Paul Stich. He is survived by: his wife Wanda; and his children, Wynnetta Hamilton (Ronnie), William D. Kelly Jr. (Yuenan), Wadona Stich and Wyndella Carrier (Kevin). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
