She was predeceased by: her parents, Byron Blakey Thrash and Letha Lucille Eddings; her brothers, Maurice and Kenneth; and her husband Leroy Adolf Skalitsky.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Skalitsky (MaryAnn) of Donna, James Skalitsky (Diana) of Weslaco, Larry Skalitsky (Lynnette) of Weslaco and Johnny Skalitsky (Gladys) of Donna; her grandchildren, Tim (Lily), Stacey, Michael (Arianna), Brandon (Dakota), Caitlyn, Kari (Jaime), Johnny, Nicolas, Lindsey, Nathan, Stephen, Sarah, Christopher, Jason (Vivian), Justin (Sierra) and Robert (Chrystal); and her great grandchildren, Colton, Jade, Bran, Dale, Haddie, Noah, Dylan, Jacob, Evan, Ian and Emma. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
