He is survived by: his wife Linda Shaw Gray; his daughters, Michelle James (Trent), Jessica Rutledge (Anthony) and Amanda Smoke (Chris); and his grandchildren, Belle, Layla Rutledge, Preston, Hayden, Jackson James, Mia and Luke Smoke. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
